Director of TCS&D Events Martyn Cogan explained that the judges were looking for consistent high-quality build standards linked with innovation and value for money.
Rupert Gatty, CoolKit’s Managing Director, accepted the award on the night:
“I am immensely proud of how far CoolKit has come in its 14 years in business. The growth we have experienced over the last few years has been remarkable and maintaining the high-quality standards has not been without its challenges.
“However, winning the prestigious title of Refrigerated Panel Van for three years running demonstrates our commitment to our quality standards and innovation, with the use of new technologies, designs and materials to provide our customers with impressive payloads and award-winning refrigerated conversions to support their business.
Investment in Whole Vehicle Type Approvals, Made In Britan and Van Excellence, validates CoolKit’s allegiance to the industry, championing quality-assured British manufacturing and safeguarding their customers whilst using the vehicles.
On the night CoolKit were also finalist in the Customer Service award. Having recently launched their in-house customer service team, CoolKit is investing time and resources into further improving the overall customer experience and communications, looking forward to tackling this category once again in the near future.
