Schmitz Cargobull partners with 24/7 Assistance to strengthen Euroservice

Schmitz Cargobull has partnered with service provider 24/7 Assistance to expand the capabilities of its Cargobull Euroservice. The cooperation aims to improve support and mobility services for commercial vehicles across Europe.

According to the company, the 24/7 Assistance team has received comprehensive training to enhance their understanding of Schmitz Cargobull products. Cargobull Euroservice provides personal assistance for breakdowns and maintenance jobs, focusing on customer-specific solutions. Services include towage, tyre and axle service, cooling units, electrics, legal advice, and replacement vehicle arrangements.

Britta Sprey, Managing Director for After Sales at Schmitz Cargobull, said: “In our partnership with 24/7 Assistance, the focus will continue to be on our service promise of reliable trailer availability for our customers.”

The service experts are specially trained in Schmitz Cargobull systems, including the S.CU transport cooling unit. The partnership supports fast technical assistance through close cooperation with Schmitz Cargobull’s Technical Support team.

Jarno Bor, Managing Director at 24/7 Assistance, stated: “It is a huge honour and delight that Cargobull Euroservice has decided to rely on the services of 24/7 Assistance. The two companies have been working hard together in the background to further raise the service level and tap into all opportunities – including digital ones – in the future.”

Cargobull Euroservice currently operates with around 1,400 authorised service partners throughout Europe. These workshops offer trailer service, cooling unit maintenance, support for digital components, and spare parts. Regular training sessions help maintain and enhance partner qualifications.
