Tower Cold Chain Introduces Customer Sustainability Hub
Tower Cold Chain has unveiled a new sustainability hub, aimed at helping customers improve sustainability in pharmaceutical cold chain operations. This innovative platform is designed to minimize waste and provide comprehensive support through a consultative approach.

The hub features an interactive landing page that grants users access to four key areas: a sustainability toolkit, a knowledge hub, performance reports, and ethics and compliance declarations. This centralized resource is intended to reimagine Tower's collaboration with its stakeholders to achieve enhanced sustainability across the pharmaceutical supply chain.

Marloes Wanrooij, Regional Operations Manager EMEA and Sustainability Lead at Tower Cold Chain, emphasized their dedication, stating, "Our mission is rooted in sustainability, aimed at empowering customers. We're here to help meet ambitious sustainability goals each step of the way."

The sustainability toolkit includes a suite of services, notably the newly launched Carbon Footprint Calculator, which aids customers in assessing the carbon emissions of their cold chain processes. Additionally, the hub details Tower's engineering consultancy, fast-track qualifications, and the Tower Control Centre portal to enhance customer experiences with temperature-controlled containers.

The knowledge hub consolidates Tower's blogs, case studies, and whitepapers, offering a rich library of information on how Tower supports ESG goals in the pharmaceutical industry. The hub also shares insights into Tower's sustainability achievements and targets, alongside governance data on ethics and compliance.

Marloes added, "We encourage visitors to explore the sustainability hub, not only to learn about Tower's sustainability efforts but also to discover how we're supporting the global pharmaceutical supply chain in becoming more sustainable."
