VILTER was the supplier of compressor equipment for meatfactory in Russia

JSC "Yaroslavl broiler", a poultry enterprise for the production and processing of broiler chicken meat in Russia, has launched new ammonia refrigeration and compressor workshop (AHCC). It has been built to ensure the required production parameters, cooling, freezing and storage of meat products.

The workshop is the main part of the refrigeration system of the enterprise of JSC Yaroslavl Broiler, VILTER was the supplier of compressor equipment for it.

The AHCC refrigeration unit with two-stage compression is implemented on the following VILTER compressor units:
  • three screw compressor units of the first stage of the 2 X VSS1851E + 1 X VSS2101E model providing a temperature regime of -10 degrees Celsius with overall refrigerating capacity of 6,6 MW (bigger type has electrical motor of even 800 kW)
  • Three screw compressor units of the second stage of the VSS-2101 model providing a temperature regime of -40 degrees Celsius with overall capacity of 1,4 MW
  • universal screw compressor unit model VSS-901E, which can be connected both to the circuit - 40 degrees Celsius and to the circuit -10 degrees Celsius with capacity of 840 kW at – 10 C
VILTER single screw compressor units are a modern and advanced engineering solution with Parallex slide valve system, balanced forces, Vission 2020 control system and other details providing high efficiency and low maintenance costs. During the operation of the new refrigeration unit, power consumption decreased by almost 20% compared with the previously used system with freon compressors.

Compressor equipment is selected for the necessary microclimate parameters of industrial premises, freezing chambers and refrigerator storage chambers with additional reserve.
The launch of the AHCC was carried out in conjunction with representatives of the VILTER company, which currently provides consulting and service support and supplies consumables for maintenance.
