AREA Introduces Comprehensive Guide on New F-Gas Regulation

The European Association of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Heat Pump Contractors (AREA) has released a new guide for RACHP contractors navigating the F-Gas Regulation effective from March 11, 2024. The guide highlights changes from the previous regulation, details the new rules, their impacts, and practical applications.

Included is a certification requirements summary and a chapter on Implementing Act 2024/2215. AREA plans to update the guide as further implementing legislation is adopted, ensuring it remains a valuable, up-to-date resource for contractors.
