BITZER appoints first Authorised Service Centre in the Nordic region

The specialist for refrigeration and air conditioning technology BITZER has chosen Kompressorteknik Sweden AB to become its first Authorised Service Centre (ASC) in the Nordic region. This grants Nordic customers direct access to BITZER’s global service, maintenance and spare parts network.

In January 2020, BITZER Nordic, the refrigeration and air conditioning technology specialist’s subsidiary in the Nordic region, started its partnership with Kompressorteknik Sweden AB: The Swedish company based in Norrköping has become the first BITZER Authorised Service Center (ASC) in the Nordic region.

Customer satisfaction and service play a key role at BITZER. ASCs are up to date with the latest service requirements and processes of the BITZER Group. They offer the repair of BITZER compressors and have original BITZER spare parts and oils permanently available in stock. Thanks to the ASC, customers can rely on a local team that understands their individual requirements and can provide them with direct access to the BITZER network.
Kompressorteknik Sweden AB was founded in the late nineties, offering service and overhaul of compressors. “Our key strategy is to understand the real demands of all customers and to try all possible ways to meet and even exceed expectations. We are very proud to have been chosen to become BITZER’s ASC of the Nordic region. We very much look forward to the cooperation with present and new customers,” says Peter Wassberg, Chief Executive Officer at Kompressorteknik Sweden AB.
