Sustainable digitalisation concept for future needs

Güntner is a technological pioneer and one of the market leaders in heat exchanger technologies. We at Güntner are committed to not only stay in this position but to continue to strengthen it in a forward-looking manner. This requires proactive operational actions. Digitalisation is the keyword leading the way to sustainability over the next years, and we at Güntner follow this path to stay up to date with and for our customers. Güntner has recently created the CDO position to meet these challenges and to establish and actively implement the topic of digitalisation within the company in a structured way. Thanks to his long-term experience, especially in the field of digital systems such as web applications, product databases, the GPC and controls, Mr Köcher has gained deep system knowledge that is a prerequisite for developing digital business models. The necessary digital architecture is based on the pillars "digital communication and processes" and "products and services". Changes to the product portfolio towards a combination of material goods and services will be as much in focus as the communication channels and the internal processes. Only digitalisation and the establishment of the corresponding information infrastructure, geared towards networking on all levels, will make it possible to meet the increasing market requirements and to offer our customers high added value in the form of technological premium products and services.
