Munters, a global leader in energy-efficient air treatment and climate solutions, is doing an organizational change where Data Center Technologies becomes a new business area from July 1, 2022.
Data centers is a prioritized and growing market segment for Munters, which has achieved high traction and strong growth. Our data center solutions, technologies and customer projects are specialized for the segment and will benefit from increased focus in the organization. To decentralize business responsibility and simplify the way we work, Data Center Technologies will become a new business area from July 1, 2022. Stefan Aspman, currently Group Vice President and Head of Commercial Excellence and Strategic Marketing at Munters, has been appointed President of business area Data Center Technologies. Initially, Stefan will combine this new role with his current assignment.
With the organizational changes, Munters will have three business areas: AirTech, FoodTech and Data Center Technologies. Like the other business areas, Data Center Technologies will be responsible for its own profit and loss and the full value chain to enable profitable growth. In connection with the Q2 report 2022, restated financials for 2020 - 2022 for the new organizational structure will be presented.
