The new facility's 1,500 square meter workshop is equipped with a temperature pull-down testing facility to certify the refrigeration capacity of Carrier Transicold units in accordance with Agreement Transports Périssables (ATP) regulations. This facility is focused on quality service and employee safety with five service bays equipped with life lines that fasten to technicians to prevent falling. “We are very proud to provide high quality service to our customers, in a safe, modern working environment for our technicians,” said Thierry Dejoux, South East Region service manager, Carrier Transicold France. Additionally, customers have access to Carrier Transicold's OneCALLTM technical hotline, available in 117 languages, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to help direct customers to the nearest service centre.
