Panasonic opens new European training centre for Aquarea heat pumps in Czech Republic

Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions has opened a new European flagship training facility, the CENTRE of EXCELLENCE, at its Aquarea heat pump site in Pilsen, Czech Republic. The dedicated training centre aims to support continuous professional development across the HVACR sector.

The new facility offers around 300 m² of learning space, including classrooms, work bays for hands-on training, and a full showcase of Panasonic’s Aquarea air-to-water heat pump range. The centre supports accredited training, remote learning, and project support, providing updated skills and knowledge for professionals in the industry.

The CENTRE of EXCELLENCE is designed to benefit both external partners and Panasonic employees, reinforcing the company’s investment in training and workforce development.

In addition to the Pilsen facility, Panasonic has recently opened the Panasonic Lab in Barlassina, Italy. This site, now ten times larger than the previous location, also offers 300 m² of space dedicated to theoretical and technical learning. It includes a large exhibition area and a technical zone with fully operational high-power systems.

These developments form part of Panasonic’s broader strategy to enhance training infrastructure in Europe and support the advancement of HVACR professionals.
