The newly formed Consulting Board includes founding partners of the programme and two elected stakeholder representatives. Stepan Stojanov from SCHKT (Czech Republic) and Biris Thanos from HUFGAS (Greece) will serve a two-year term as the first elected members. The board is intended to broaden participation in strategic decisions and align the programme with sector needs.
A redesigned website has been launched at www.realalternatives.eu. The platform offers a simplified interface for accessing multilingual e-learning materials, locating official training providers, and exploring certification pathways.
The next Train the Trainer event is scheduled for 6–10 October 2025 in Warsaw, Poland. It will be hosted by Prozon Foundation and cover Real Alternatives modules on flammable refrigerants, carbon dioxide, and ammonia. The training aims to expand the network of qualified trainers throughout Europe.
These initiatives support Real Alternatives’ goals of improving training accessibility, fostering international cooperation, and promoting inclusive project governance.
