The Sauermann Group has consolidated its premier position in the European HVACR and industrial markets by acquiring two key KIMO Instruments distributorships in Southern Europe.
The purchase of Ki Srl in Italy, finalized in May 2016, and Adrover Instruments S.L in Spain, completed last week, provides a strong base of operations for Sauermann in the region with established offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Bologna and Milan. The Spanish subsidiary will be renamed ‘Sauermann Iberica Pumps and Instruments .’

The Sauermann Group acquired KIMO, the French market leader for measurement instruments, in July 2015 and will continue to expand operations in this field.
