SWEP is investing for the future with a new headquarters at Landskrona station

SWEP International, one of Landskrona’ s largest companies, continues to expand. The management has now decided that the new headquarters with a focus on accessibility, energy efficiency and sustainability will remain in Landskrona.

For almost 40 years, SWEP International has grown from a garage in Häljarp to a global company with production in five countries and sales in over 90 countries. The head office has been in Landskrona since shortly after the start and will remain so. An agreement has now been signed with Acrinova, which is currently putting the shovel in the ground for a new property on Järvgatan. SWEP expects to be able to move into the new head office in the summer of 2023, where close to 100 employees will work.

It was obvious to choose a property with the same keywords as your own business, energy efficient and sustainable. The new head office meets the criteria for environmental certification Silver. Heating and energy use will be fossil-free through self-produced electricity from solar cells and other energy-efficient solutions that keep the climate footprint as small as possible. The geographical location in the Northern Industrial Area increases accessibility and makes it easier for employees and other stakeholders to choose more environmentally friendly means of transport.
