Malco Tools, a US-based manufacturer of HVACR and building construction tools, has introduced MalcoEdge, a new product line designed specifically for refrigeration and air conditioning technicians. The launch expands Malco’s portfolio with tools that support all phases of HVACR fieldwork, including installation, maintenance, and system repair.
The MalcoEdge range includes tools and equipment for copper tubing preparation, system evacuation, refrigerant recovery, and measurement. According to the company, each tool is engineered to deliver accuracy, repeatability, and field durability.
Key products in the lineup include spring-loaded tube cutters, flaring and swaging tools for copper joints, leak-resistant charging hoses, vacuum pumps, recovery units, and professional-grade manifolds. The measuring equipment features digital displays and includes a gas leak detector, vacuum gauge, and alarm thermometer.
All tools are built to support applications across residential, commercial, and light industrial HVACR systems. The company emphasizes compatibility with high-efficiency systems such as mini-splits and heat pumps, and with both traditional and low-GWP refrigerants.

The MalcoEdge line will be showcased at The Malco Group’s booth during the 2026 AHR Expo in Las Vegas from February 2–4.
