ASHRAE is proud to announce the recipients of 36 Society scholarships for the 2024-25 academic year, totaling $208,500 in awards. These scholarships support talented students pursuing degrees in building sciences, HVAC&R, and related fields, helping to shape the next generation of industry professionals.
"Scholarships are an essential investment in the future of our industry,” said 2024-25 ASHRAE President M. Dennis Knight, P.E., BEMP, Fellow Life Member ASHRAE. “By supporting passionate students, we empower the next generation of leaders who will drive innovation in building sciences and HVAC&R."
The scholarships include prestigious awards such as the Presidents Scholarship, awarded to Haylee Nicholas from Kansas State University, and the Gordon V. R. Holness Engineering Scholarship, awarded to Rachel Xing from the University of Texas at Austin.
Applications for the 2025-26 undergraduate engineering, technology, regional/chapter, and university-specific scholarships are now open, with a deadline of December 1, 2025.
