Hisense HVAC Central America inaugurated its annual training program in February, aiming to enhance the expertise of its partners through extensive product knowledge and specialized technical training. The program will make 15 strategic stops across the region, providing crucial updates and education.
The program's first event took place in Costa Rica, where over 20 key contractors participated in a comprehensive service training session. Attendees received in-depth instruction from the brand's technical support team, which also unveiled updated selection software and introduced new products to the distributor's sales team. This initiative is expected to significantly contribute to the growth and development of both the Hisense brand and its local partners.
