Gradhoc Smart

Gradhoc Smart develops a refrigeration-native, system-level intelligence platform for industrial and commercial refrigeration systems. It combines monitoring, predictive diagnostics based on refrigeration behaviour, thermodynamic modelling, energy intelligence and adaptive optimisation.

Deployment can begin in read-only mode and progressively evolve to automatic real-time optimisation. The customer defines which operating parameters Gradhoc can adjust and within which limits. Gradhoc integrates with existing BMS, PLC, SCADA and metering environments across multi-brand, multi-protocol installations without requiring replacement of the existing control infrastructure.

Applications include food processing, cold storage, temperature-controlled logistics and food retail, with real deployments in industrial NH3 systems, commercial refrigeration and 24/7 frozen storage.

Gradhoc works alongside existing maintenance providers and technical partners, adding predictive and diagnostic capabilities while existing responsibilities remain in place. A technology spin-off of Cofrico, Gradhoc operates internationally and is ISO 27001 certified.
