The Eurovent Market Intelligence (EMI) Forum 2026 will take place on 5–6 November at INNSiDE by Meliá Alicante Porta Maris in Alicante, Spain. The two-day event is designed for decision-makers in the European HVACR market. Its programme covers refrigerants under F-Gas and PFAS pressure, ventilation, data centre cooling, indoor unit demand and M&A.
The programme includes EMI market data presentations, expert talks, panel discussions and networking. EMI builds its market data from sales figures collected directly from manufacturers across Europe, representing more than 500 participating companies for over 20 products.
Day one opens with the Market Intelligence Committee. Its agenda covers air handling unit data reporting, the Canadian market, the CDU segment in data centre cooling and dry cooler segmentation. A refrigerant session follows, focused on the 2027–2032 F-Gas transition and the 2027 quota reduction under the F-Gas III Regulation. Speakers include representatives of Climalife, Officine Mario Dorin, AFEC and IMPAC Ingénierie. Day two begins with the European ventilation market outlook to 2031. A data centre cooling session follows on air, liquid and hybrid cooling, with experts from NAVITAS, Nexitic and Solstice Advanced Materials. Further sessions cover hydronic versus direct expansion terminal units across Europe and HVACR M&A. A closing panel addresses decarbonisation, digitalisation and building performance.
At the 2024 edition, top management accounted for 32% of attendees, followed by strategic marketing (27%), product managers (24%) and commercial roles (17%). A networking dinner at La Ereta is scheduled for the evening of 5 November. The organisers report that the last seats are available. An early-bird hotel rate is offered through the official event link.
