Thermo King, a brand of Trane Technologies, has announced the recipients of its 2025 Dealer of the Year Awards for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). The company said the annual awards recognise dealerships for performance, leadership and customer experience.
Thermo King awarded its 2025 EMEA Dealer of the Year title to Ballinlough of Ireland. Thermo King said it recognised the dealer for its service culture, efforts to enhance customer support and partnerships in the marketplace, as well as its focus on customer uptime and service quality.
Thermo King also named category winners: Electrification Dealer of the Year 2025 (Thermo King Sweden); Bus Dealer of the Year 2025 (International Business Corporation, Egypt); Service Excellence Dealer of the Year 2025 (KH Onestop A/S, Denmark); VP Dealer of the Year 2025 (FRIGICOLL SA, Spain); Parts Dealer of the Year 2025 (Servoking Gmbh, Austria); Large Truck Dealer of the Year 2025 (Refrigerated Transport Systems Ltd, UAE); Digital Dealer of the Year 2025 (Costa Eugenio, Italy); and Trailer Dealer of the Year 2025 (TT – Thermo King, Poland).
The company said it has over 500 service locations across 75 countries in the EMEA region, and that its expanding network of High Voltage (HV) certified dealers supports transporters of temperature-sensitive products. Thermo King directed customers to its Dealer Locator for a full list of dealerships and service points.
