Airvek and Verhaar Gebeko Join Nordic Climate Group

Dutch companies Airvek and Verhaar Gebeko have joined Nordic Climate Group Netherlands, enhancing the group’s expertise in indoor climate and marine cooling solutions. Operated as a single unit, Airvek and Verhaar Gebeko bring a combined 16 employees and an annual revenue of €4.7 million to the group.

Founded in 1979, Airvek specializes in cooling, air conditioning, and air handling projects for commercial clients. Verhaar Gebeko focuses on cooling solutions for healthcare facilities and marine applications. Both companies are led by CEO Andries van der Gaag, who joined Airvek in 1994 and has been instrumental in developing the companies’ integrated approach to design, installation, and maintenance services.

The acquisition strengthens Nordic Climate Group’s portfolio by integrating Airvek and Verhaar Gebeko’s established market position and long-standing customer relationships.
