Arneg Meets Up With The Italian Sales Force

Last week, on 8 March, the company's updating meeting for all Area Managers and Representative Agencies spread throughout Italy was held at the Arneg Italia headquarters.

In the presence of the CEO, Filippo Marzaro, Italy's Sales Director Luca Masiero started the meeting talking about sales targets, giving indications, asking for feedback and proposing a personal reading of the results achieved so far.

The day is an opportunity to grow professionally for all participants. The aim is a mutual exchange of ideas and experiences, a dialogue between professionals with the common goal of continuous improvement.

After the official recognition of historic agents and the welcome to the new arrivals, several speakers alternated on the pulpit.

Roberto Azzalin, Design Director of Refrigerating Furniture, explained in detail the new furnishing innovations including the new patented Daytona, the full vision doors, the Sendai and Bergenpromotional islands and, more generally, all the new layout solutions.

Enrico Zambotto and Alberto Paccagnella, respectively Refrigeration Systems Director and Manager, then spoke about the new trends and new technologies, CO2 power plants above all. A clear message emerges: the historical moment we are experiencing is really important, a real change towards eco-sustainability and maximum energy efficiency.

In the afternoon, Tiziana Raiteri, Marketing and Communication Director, presented the new advertising campaigns and marketing tools such as videos, brochures and presentations. Each topic was accompanied by a technical presentation made by the project managers, in detail: Pierluigi Schiesaro, Director of Research & Development, Marco Foralosso, Energy Manager and Carlo Cobinofrom the Refrigeration Systems Department.

At the end of the day the words that remain in the air, even with empty chairs, are those of the founder of the Arneg Group, Roberto Marzaro, quoted by Masiero to motivate and engage the audience in the morning: "You just need to dream. To dream with imagination, innovation, and a desire to create something new. You also need the courage to take a risk.”
