Beijer Ref sponsoring acclaimed scholarship of the refrigeration industry in China

On May 23rd, Beijer Ref was honored to be able to hand out a scholarship to the most ambitious and talented students within the refrigeration faculty in China.

The scholarship is highly acclaimed by refrigeration experts as well as the refrigeration industry in China. The selection is made among 12 universities in the country, and the ceremony was held at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The scholarship is financed by private companies and available to all the students majoring in refrigeration throughout China. Beijer Ref is the scholarship title sponsor. The fund behind the scholarship is known as The Educational Fund of Professor An Shi Xia, and it was set up in 1996 in memory of the late professor who was the pioneer in the education of refrigeration and cryogenic technology in China.
