CAREL awarded “Deal of the year in Italy” by GlobalCapital

On 19 March, CAREL received the Equity Capital Markets Award in the ‘Deal of the year in Italy’ category. The GlobalCapital ECM Awards, held for the fourth time this year, recognise excellence in the financial sector, awarding the equity capital market transactions that were successfully executed in the EMEA area and that stood out most despite the tough year for equity markets. 
CAREL was recognised for having completed the best share placement in Italy during 2018, for its IPO successfully completed on 11 June 2018.

Receiving the award during the ceremony organised at One Whitehall Place, London, were CAREL’s two founders Luigi Rossi Luciani, current President, and Luigi Nalini, Executive Vice-President. Sincere thanks were expressed to all those who contributed to this success, including the Global Coordinators for the IPO, Mediobanca and Goldman Sachs.
