Condair Group Appoints Martin Plüss as New CEO

Condair Group has announced the appointment of Martin Plüss as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately.

Plüss brings over 20 years of leadership and operational experience in international companies within the building technology sector. Before joining Condair, he served as CEO of Gilgen Door System AG, a company within the Japanese Nabtesco Corporation, where he led growth initiatives for the past seven years.

“We are excited to welcome Martin as our new CEO,” said Silvan G.-R. Meier, Owner and Chairman of Condair Group. “His technology and manufacturing expertise, strong organizational and team-building skills, and strategic insight will be key drivers as we continue to expand our market presence and technology leadership.”

As CEO, Plüss will focus on advancing Condair’s growth strategy, fostering product innovation, and enhancing customer experience.

“I am delighted to become part of Condair Group and excited to lead such a passionate and versatile team,” said Plüss. “Together, we will build on the company’s foundation and navigate a strong path ahead.”

Founded in 1948 and based in Switzerland, Condair Group specializes in humidification, dehumidification, and evaporative cooling solutions. The company operates production sites in Europe, North America, and China and has sales and service organizations in 23 countries, with representatives in 50 locations worldwide.
