Great success for REFRIGERA 2019, creating a new perspective for the refrigeration industry

REFRIGERA 2019, a unique trade show dedicated exclusively to industrial, commercial and logistics refrigeration, was held in Piacenza, Italy, 20-22 February with great success and positive feedback from those attending.

The success of the innovative event comes not only from the almost two hundred exhibitors and over seven thousand operators in the sector (precisely 7,120) who came together and meet at this specific ‘vertical’, professional and sectorial event, but above all the extremely positive comments and feedback unanimously expressed by exhibitors and professional visitors.

The national refrigeration supply chain needed and was in a position to express its values and highly specific content, highly requested by the domestic and international markets: REFRIGERA 2019 visitors, in fact, were not only installers, technicians, designers, consultants, and service centre managers, but also those responsible for food retail stores, food-and other industry sectors, as well as transport and logistics representatives.

This special event also included a series of high profile conventions and courses consisting of almost seventy meetings, conferences, workshops, training courses and round tables, always well attended.

The choice of exhibits and contents guaranteed a precise and targeted selection of operators in this specific sector, coming mainly from Italy and Europe, but also with significant attendance from Russia, China, Turkey, USA, North Africa, Thailand and the Middle East.

The complete participation and support of the most important Associations in the sector, both Italian and European, guaranteed high-level conviction, thanks also to the presence of Institutions such as the United Nations, the European Commission and the Thai Government.

Further success also came from the presence of those in charge of MMR, major food distribution retailers and chains, who appreciated the technical and professional cut given to the event.

This is only the first step made by REFRIGERA which, together with the entire supply chain, has allowed to create a true common meeting place for all operators who work with products and technologies of the refrigeration sector.

We sincerely thank all the companies, associations, institutions and operators that have contributed in creating this event, also leading to its great success.
