INTARCON strengthens its management team

The Spain company INTARCON has strengthened its management team in order to achieve the successful implementation of its Strategic Plan 2021-2025 as well as the improvement of quality and service to its client.

Germán Gil, former Director of Business Development of the group for America, will assume the roles of Commercial Manager of INTARCON taking responsibility for sales, prescription, and Project Managers. Germán Gil accumulates an extensive experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning sectors, and we are convinced that its incorporation into the management team will be a great boost that will allow us to approach the decisive Strategic Plan of impulse and transformation of our firm into a large company, assuming the expansion and growth of INTARCON, consolidating the relationship with our clients and partner, and reinforcing the daily attention we give to you.

For his part, Javier Cano, to date Commercial Director, assumes the Deputy Direction of INTARCON, taking responsibility for the areas of Strategy, Marketing, Client Solutions Engineering and Training. The remaining positions of the management team will continue under the same direction as to date, with José María Raya, as CEO of INTARCON.

STRATEGIC PLAN 2021-2025

This change will be a major boost that will allow the company to expand its structure to be able to address the decisive Strategic Plan 2021-2025 of transformation of the company that will have wide impact on several levels and that will entail the expansion and growth of the firm.

The Strategic Plan will include the implementation of a new production plant of 20,000 square meters of factory and office, where the manufacturing service will be optimized. It will also include the implementation of a Digital Transformation Plan that will allow the increase in quality and service levels, as well as the expansion of the market covering five continents.

The next four years will also be a watershed moment for the development of new, more efficient and environmentally friendly products aimed at meeting INTARCON's commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals 2030. Likewise, responsibility will continue to be assumed with society and the environment in the development of R&D, working on the inclusion of the use of natural refrigerants, such as propane, CO2 and ammonia.

40,000 TEAMS IN MORE THAN 40 COUNTRIES

INTARCON, whose last annual turnover has exceeded EUR 18 million, stands as the first Spanish manufacturer in its product range, enjoying a consolidated presence on the domestic market with 10 delegations in the territory to which commercial delegations abroad are added. To date, there are more than 40,000 INTARCON teams in service in more than 40 different countries, operating mainly in Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and Latin America. Today, it has 200 employees and is in the process of expansion and growth.

INTARCON, belonging to the industrial group KEYTER-INTARON-GENAQ whose turnover exceeds 40 million euros, was born in 2007 as a common initiative of a group of entrepreneurs and professionals from the refrigeration and HVAC sectors to develop a new range of commercial refrigeration equipment, focusing its production on medium power packaged solutions.
