Japan Carrier Co. Completes Merger with Carrier Air Techno Subsidiary

In a strategic move effective January 1, 2025, Japan Carrier Co., Ltd. will merge with Carrier Air Techno Co., Ltd., continuing as the sole surviving entity. This action positions Japan Carrier Co. to enhance its value-added services and solidify its market presence. 

Japan Carrier Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Carrier Air Techno Co., Ltd., with its head office located in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, embarks on this consolidation under the leadership of President and Director Toru Kubo. Post-merger, Japan Carrier Co. will inherit all rights and obligations from Carrier Air Techno Co., Ltd., ensuring a seamless transition and continuity of operations. 

"We aim to leverage this merger as a springboard for delivering higher value services to our clients," stated the company's representative, underscoring a commitment to innovation and growth in the competitive landscape of refrigeration technologies.

This merger signals a pivotal point for Japan Carrier Co., setting a course for expanded capabilities and heightened customer engagement in the future.
