LU-VE Group announcement

LU-VE Group announces that from Monday 6 April, production will partially restart in the Italian factories for products relating to the hospital, health, food supply and other segments of primary importance.

LU-VE Group has sent to the relevant local Territorial Government Offices official communication of the restart of its production activities, based on that permitted under current legislation by Ministerial Decree.

Production will partially restart only to serve segments of primary importance, in the facilities of LU-VE Exchangers and TECNAIR (Uboldo, Varese), AIR HEX (Alonte, Vicenza) and SEST (Limana, Belluno); TGD (Travacò Siccomario, Pavia) will restart from Wednesday April 8.

All these sites have active services of shipping and goods receipt (please contact your usual contacts, to allow a correct planification of safety measures).

All the measures envisaged to guarantee the safety and health of workers and operators have been further reinforced (sanitization, strictly controlled safety distances, disinfectants, masks and protective gloves). All Group companies (in Italy and abroad) and all collaborators observe the guidelines provided by the Ministry of Health (and the respective national health authorities), by the World Health Organization on the precautions to be taken; as well as the indications provided by Confindustria, the General Confederation of Italian Industry.

Production proceeds regularly in the factories of HTS (Novosedly, Czech Rep.), SEST LU-VE Gliwice (Poland), LU-VE AIA Asarum (Sweden), FINCOIL LU-VE Vantaa (Finland), and ZYKLUS (Jacksonville, Texas, USA). However, we do not exclude the possibility that, in the coming weeks, the various national authorities will take measures to suspend or reduce production.

SPIROTECH's plants in Bhiwadi (Rajasthan, India) and the former Alfa Laval site in Sarole (Maharashtra, India) remain closed until April 13. The SEST LU-VE plant (Lipetsk, Russia) will be closed until April 30, except for the supply of strategic supply chains which will be clarified in the coming days.

Сommercial network, both Italian and international, and all branches, commercial and representative offices are operational (via remote working). The purchasing offices will also remain active, both centrally and peripherally.
