Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US Celebrates Distributors’ Achievements at 2023 Diamond Leadership Awards Ceremony

Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC (METUS), a leading supplier of Ductless and Ducted Mini-split and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) heat pump and air-conditioning systems, recognized its top distributors as honorees during the 2023 Diamond Leadership Conference held at the Grand Velas Los Cabos, in Mexico’s Baja, California, Peninsula, from March 15-18, 2024. Honorees received either the Distributor of the Year Award or the Crowning Achievement Award from METUS.

Conference attendees and their guests enjoyed informative sessions, training, and networking with peers, along with a golf outing, fine dining, and an awards ceremony to celebrate winners’ accomplishments.

“The distributors we celebrate at the Diamond Leadership Conference go beyond the norm – excelling in the businesses they’ve built,” said Mark Kuntz, chief executive officer, METUS. “Most are small business owners who continue to innovate, invest in their teams and serve as true HVAC industry innovators and leaders.”

The 2023 National Distributor of the Year Award, Residential, went to Johnstone Supply – The Ware Group, and the 2023 National Distributor of the Year Award, Commercial, was given to Brady Trane.

Each METUS business unit also presented a 2023 Residential Distributor of the Year Award and a 2023 Commercial Distributor of the Year Award to channel leaders. The following companies received awards:
