Peter Gisel-Ekdahl New President Business Area Airtech

Peter Gisel-Ekdahl has been appointed the role as President of Business Area AirTech as of November 1, 2019.

Peter Gisel-Ekdahl has been President of Munters Business Area FoodTech since 2007 and been a member of Group Management Team since 2011. FoodTech has, in recent years, done an important strategic journey developing a clear customer offering both with leading hardware products as well as new digital software IoT solutions. This has offered increased customer value and a solid platform for the future.

“Peter Gisel-Ekdahl has, together with his team, successfully steered the FoodTech organization towards increased customer focus and value creation. I am glad to announce that Peter now will lead AirTech that is Munters largest Business Area. He will bring his extensive experience and knowledge with a clear focus on innovation and the customer offering.” says Klas Forsström, President and CEO Munters Group.

“I am very excited for the opportunity to lead AirTech and I am looking forward to set the strategic direction with the Business Area. I will spend a lot of time and effort with the employees to lead the way forward.” says Peter Gisel-Ekdahl.

Peter Lindquist, currently Interim President of AirTech, will continue to support Munters on an interim basis, both as Senior Strategic Advisor, Vice President and as President of Mist Elimination.

Johan Ekeström, now Vice President Finance for FoodTech, has been appointed Interim President of FoodTech, as of November 1.
