Rheem has declared its intention to acquire Nortek Global HVAC (NGH), a prominent manufacturer of air conditioning products, from Madison Industries. NGH operates from O’Fallon, Missouri, with manufacturing facilities in Saltillo, Mexico, and a distribution center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
NGH, with over 100 years of innovation in the HVAC market, offers a collaborative culture and strong customer commitment, similar to Rheem’s philosophy. The company’s team provides unique products, operational capabilities, and market channels that will enhance Rheem’s expanding Air and Water businesses.
Following the completion of the acquisition, which remains contingent upon customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, NGH will integrate into Rheem’s Global Air division.
