Sanhua MCHE Patent wins China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Patent Award

Recently, China Energy Conservation Association (CECA) announced the list of China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Patent Award in 2018. The heat exchanger patent of Sanhua Micro Channel won the third prize of China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Patent Award.

Through innovating the design of bending part of micro-channel heat exchanger, this patent technology effectively avoids tearing and extrusion deformation between fins and flat tubes when bending, and thus to solve the bending problem, with the effect of reducing the size of whole machine, increasing heat exchange area and improving energy efficiency. The patent design is in compliance with the Chinese national policy of energy conservation and environmental protection.

The technology has been widely used in Sanhua Micro Channel products which goes mass production, laying a technical foundation for marketing of micro-channel heat pump heat exchanger.

This award indicates that Sanhua micro–channel technology has been fully recognized in the industry with its uniqueness. That Sanhua Micro Channel devotes itself micro-channel technology will continue to promote energy conservation and environmental protection.

The micro-channel heat exchanger for heat pump is widely used in residential, commercial and automobile air-conditioning and refrigeration systems, which has unique technical advantages and market outlook in challenging applications for energy efficiency and product dimension, such as commercial air conditioning units, household central air conditioning, train air conditioning, etc.
