Swegon to Acquire German Air Handling Manufacturer HOWATHERM

Swegon announced it has signed an agreement to acquire HOWATHERM Klimatechnik GmbH, a family-owned manufacturer of modular air handling units based in Brücken, Germany. This acquisition aims to bolster Swegon's presence in the German HVAC market, the largest in Europe.

With HOWATHERM's technical expertise and quality focus, their modular units will enhance Swegon's product offerings. "We are excited to welcome the skilled HOWATHERM team to the Swegon family," said Andreas Örje Wellstam, CEO of Swegon Group.
