Systemair Completes Full Acquisition of Systemair HSK Türkiye

Systemair AB has successfully completed the acquisition of the remaining 10% of shares in its Turkish subsidiary, Systemair HSK Türkiye. This follows the approval from the Turkish competition authorities, finalizing the deal initially announced in December 2024.

By securing the remaining shares, Systemair AB now holds full ownership of Systemair HSK Türkiye. This acquisition marks a significant step for Systemair, allowing the company to consolidate its position and operations in the Turkish market. Full ownership will provide Systemair with enhanced strategic and operational flexibility within the region, enabling streamlined processes and unified decision-making aligned with global objectives.

Systemair has been steadily expanding its footprint in Türkiye, and this latest move underscores its commitment to furthering growth and strengthening its market presence in the region. The company is well-positioned to leverage its 100% ownership status to drive future innovations and optimize its offerings in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

As a leading player in the HVAC industry, Systemair is focused on delivering quality and efficiency in its products. Full control over its Turkish operations will support the company’s mission to meet the evolving needs of its clients and maintain high standards in potential future expansions. This strategic acquisition highlights Systemair’s dedication to fortifying its international branches and securing its competitive edge in the global market.
