Hoshizaki Introduces IM CUBE Series Ice Makers

Hoshizaki has launched the IM CUBE series, a new generation of ice makers designed to improve ice quality, energy efficiency, and machine performance. The series features an enhanced motor for optimized water and energy savings, along with optional internal drain pumps and UV sanitization.

The IM CUBE series includes four core variants:

  • CUBE: The entry-level model delivers high-quality ice while reducing energy and water consumption using a variable-speed direct current (DC) pump.
  • FLEXICUBE: Offers the same benefits as CUBE but adds an internal drain pump, allowing flexible installation with up to 1.5m lift and a 10m drain distance.
  • ULTRACUBE: Includes UV light sanitization for improved hygiene, with functions for both air and water sanitation.
  • ELITECUBE: Combines all features, providing maximum flexibility, hygiene, and efficiency.

All models can produce Hoshizaki’s signature 28mm square ice cubes, with options for other sizes ranging from 25mm to 32mm, sphere ice balls, or large ice blocks.

“Hoshizaki has focused on water and energy efficiency, hygiene, durability, and maintenance accessibility to enhance longevity,” the company stated. “The IM CUBE underscores our commitment to supporting the evolving needs of the food service industry by delivering reliable, high-quality ice cubes.”

The IM CUBE range comes with a three-year warranty, and spare parts are compatible with previous IM models, ensuring seamless integration and support.
