World Refrigeration Day (WRD) is organising Global HVACR Women Week 2026 from 25 to 31 October under the theme “Local Voices. Global Connections. One HVACR Community.” The initiative will bring together women and their colleagues from the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and heat pump (HVACR) sectors to exchange knowledge, share experiences and build professional connections.
The programme will include webinars, networking events, technical discussions, outreach initiatives and local gatherings organised by communities worldwide. Each activity will reflect local experiences and priorities while contributing to a broader international exchange.
Global HVACR Women Week aims to highlight women’s contributions to the industry, increase their visibility and encourage collaboration across countries and organisations. The initiative provides a platform for professionals to connect and share experiences across different HVACR sectors.
The International Network of Women in Cooling (INWIC) encourages its members and partners to participate in the activities and share their experiences to amplify women’s voices throughout the industry.
