This year there will be a new edition of the Summit, jointly organised by the German Environment Agency and GIZ Proklima on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for the Environment.
This year’s focus: commercial refrigeration
The global commercial refrigeration market is estimated to reach USD 43.16 billion by 2028. This corresponds to a compound annual growth rate of 4.2% (2021 to 2028). When planning new supermarkets, buildings and facilities, HFCs are often still used as standard. There is a knowledge gap about the availability and enormous advantages of natural refrigerants. Our goal: Create higher awareness for sustainable cooling and air conditioning in this particular sub-sector.
