U-3ARC invited the winners of the 2025 Dr. Charity Kpabep Award to participate in the SophiA event held in Germany in September. The team consisted of four women from different African countries: Raji Nimotallahi (Nigeria), Mouna Aissata Deienta (Mali), Isha Kamara (Sierra Leone), and Alinafe Shumbah (Malawi).
Due to the absence of Mouna Aissata Deienta and Isha Kamara, their places were taken by Raoudha Massaoudi, INWIC U-3ARC board member from Tunisia, and Sarah Nakanyika from Zambia.
The participating winners were joined by other male U-3ARC representatives, as well as the U-3ARC President and Vice-President.
According to the organization, the event provided a valuable experience for the participants and supported the growth of natural refrigeration training and the refrigeration sector in Africa.
