Aspen Pumps Group Completes Three Acquisitions, Enters South America

Aspen Pumps Group has completed the acquisitions of refrigeration components manufacturer Henry Group Industries, Belgian rubber mounting specialist RubberGreen and Brazilian refrigeration components maker Forming Tubing. The three deals expand the UK-based HVAC/R group’s refrigeration component manufacturing and give it its first operational presence in South America.

Henry Group Industries manufactures components for commercial refrigeration and air conditioning, including oil separators, sight glasses, valves, sensors and filter driers. Founded in Chicago in 1914, the company is headquartered in Hong Kong and has operations in Australia, China, Singapore, the UK and the US. Its range includes components compatible with CO2, R717 and hydrocarbon refrigerants, and its Glasgow plant produces components for transcritical CO2 systems.

RubberGreen, based in Frameries, Belgium, manufactures rubber mounting solutions for the AC/R market. The company uses recycled composite rubber for vibration and acoustic insulation products and also supplies the railway, construction and roofing sectors, including rooftop supports for HVAC equipment.

Forming Tubing manufactures refrigeration components in Brazil. The acquisition establishes Aspen’s first operational base in South America.

Aspen Pumps Group was founded in 1992 by three engineers and is headquartered in Hailsham, UK. Its brand portfolio covers condensate removal pumps, tools, installation accessories, rooftop support systems and specialist chemicals, sold in more than 100 countries. The group has expanded through earlier acquisitions, including Javac UK in 2017, Advanced Engineering in 2018, Italian HVAC products company Vecamco in 2022 and US tool manufacturer Malco Tools in 2024.

The new businesses add refrigeration component expertise and manufacturing capacity to the group, which positions its products around HVAC/R installation and service engineers. Financial terms of the three transactions were not announced.
