Baltimore Aircoil Company (BAC) has launched QuickCross replacement fill kits for crossflow cooling towers, expanding its fill replacement options alongside BACross replacement fill kits. QuickCross is designed for applications where rapid replacement and upfront cost are key considerations.
Cooling tower fill supports heat transfer by maximizing evaporation and helping ensure even water distribution. According to BAC, fill may require replacement over time because of improper equipment maintenance, poor water treatment or aging equipment.
QuickCross kits are designed for expedited installation to minimize downtime. Kits for select Series 3000 cooling towers are available with one-week shipping.
BAC will continue to offer BACross replacement fill kits, its OEM hanging fill for crossflow cooling towers, as an option focused on thermal performance, efficiency and long-term operation.
