Caverion has signed a five-year performance-based technical facility management agreement with Danfoss in Denmark, covering Campus Nordborg and Campus Gråsten. The agreement expands a collaboration between the two companies that has been in place since 2010.
The scope includes technical building operations, statutory and preventive maintenance, repair services, remote services, and advisory services. Caverion will combine local on-site staff with digital services, with a focus on operational reliability, transparency, and continuous optimisation.
A central part of the agreement is Caverion SmartView, Caverion’s digital customer platform. The platform collects property data in real time and provides insight into building operations. Together with remote services, it is intended to support faster handling of operational deviations and data-based advice on energy optimisation, sustainability, and lifespan extension.
