NFRA Announces New Officers and Board Members for 2024-2025

The National Frozen & Refrigerated Foods Association (NFRA) has elected its Officers and Board of Directors for the 2024-2025 term during its Annual Board of Directors meeting on October 5, 2024.

Tracy Aquila, Vice President of Merchandising at Southeastern Grocers, has been appointed as Chair of the Board. A Board member since 2019, Aquila previously served as Chair-Elect from 2023 to 2024. She expressed enthusiasm for her new role, emphasizing the industry’s focus on convenience, quality, and value, and the opportunity to drive innovation and sustainable growth alongside the talented board and members.

Additional officers include Bill Kynast of Chobani Global Holdings as Chairman-Elect, Lindsey Hickey of Simek’s as Treasurer, Shannon Gilreath of Rich’s Consumer Brands as Secretary, Tony Battaglia of Lactalis American Group as Vice Chairman – Refrigerated, and Scott Evans of Associated Wholesale Grocers (AWG) as Vice Chairman – Frozen.

New board members elected are Yuliya Day from Kraft Heinz Company, Tom DiPuccio from Acosta Sales & Marketing, Joe Karl from General Mills, David Rosen from Coca-Cola North America, Angela Rosenquist from InnovAsian Cuisine, Jorge Silva from Campbell’s Distinctive Brands, and Chris Wilkerson from The Pictsweet Company. Todd Bostian of Lowes Foods LLC was re-elected for a second term.
