Schmitz Cargobull names 35 European Service Partners of 2025

Schmitz Cargobull has presented its “Service Partner of the Year 2025” award to 35 service partner companies in 34 countries. The company said the award recognises the best workshops and service centres in its authorised service partner network and supports its service promise of maximum vehicle availability.

According to Schmitz Cargobull, the winning workshops stood out for reliable breakdown assistance, high workshop quality and dedicated customer service. The company also cited smooth handling of service contracts and warranty cases, as well as high spare parts availability to help reduce trailer downtime.

Schmitz Cargobull said it currently works with around 1,400 authorised service partners throughout Europe for trailers, tyres, transport refrigeration units and telematics. The company added that partners receive ongoing qualification and specialisation through in-person and online training, including via the Cargobull Campus learning platform, which is accessible through Cargobull PartnerConnect.

The 2025 award winners include service partners in Austria, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Poland, the UK, Ukraine and other European markets, with one country receiving two awards. Schmitz Cargobull also thanked the winners for what it described as their excellent performance.

“Our service partners make a decisive contribution to ensuring that we can deliver on our central service promise to customers – maximum trailer uptime – every day. The award-winning partners stand for high quality, fast support and lived customer proximity, both in mobile and stationary service. Together, we have further strengthened our service network and are growing together step by step, both regionally and internationally. This award impressively shows how successful cooperative partnership is for all parties involved – for us, for our service partners and, above all, for our customers,” said Britta Sprey, Managing Director of Schmitz Cargobull subsidiary Cargobull Parts & Services GmbH.
