The ebm-papst Group has received a silver medal in the 2026 EcoVadis rating, placing the company among the top 15% of companies evaluated by EcoVadis.
The assessment covers four areas: environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. According to ebm-papst, the company made progress in all four areas compared with the previous year.
The company said the rating reflects aspects of its sustainability management and its efforts to increase transparency throughout the value chain.
ebm-papst uses EcoVadis evaluations to identify areas for further improvement and develop measures for its sustainability management. These include group-wide reporting, optimised documentation, additional external audits and third-party certifications.
The source provides conflicting figures for the overall EcoVadis score, stating both 75 out of 100 points and an increase from 65 to 70 points. The score has therefore been omitted pending clarification.
