Hudson Technologies appoints Kenneth Gaglione as Chairman, President and CEO

Hudson Technologies, Inc. has announced the appointment of Kenneth Gaglione as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer, effective November 24, 2025.

Gaglione previously served as Vice President of Operations at Hudson Technologies from 2020 to 2023 and later worked as a consultant to the company. During his tenure, he led strategic production initiatives and improved supply chain and planning functions. He also managed the company’s external services group.

Before joining Hudson, Gaglione held the role of Global Marketing Director in Honeywell International’s Advanced Materials Division, overseeing aftermarket distribution, sales, business development, and strategic planning for HFO and legacy HFC refrigerant product lines. Earlier in his career, he held business development and technical marketing roles in the specialty chemicals sector with companies including Rohm and Haas and Ciba-Geigy.
