Action Air Systems, LLC has completed the tuck-in acquisition of Air Comfort Systems, Inc., a commercial HVAC provider in Connecticut. The transaction expands Action Air’s presence across southern Connecticut and adds preventative maintenance contracts and customer relationships.
Action Air is a partner company of NexCore, a commercial HVAC platform operating across multiple regions in the United States. NexCore is backed by Dallas-based private equity firm Trinity Hunt Partners.
Founded in 1995, Air Comfort provides commercial HVAC services focused on preventative maintenance, repair, and replacement work. The company serves commercial and industrial customers throughout southern Connecticut and has built recurring maintenance relationships.
As part of the integration, Action Air will onboard Air Comfort’s service technicians and assume its preventative maintenance contracts and customer relationships. John Hauser, founder and owner of Air Comfort, will remain involved during a transition period to support integration.
“We are excited to welcome Air Comfort and its customers to the Action Air platform. Air Comfort has developed strong relationships across the Wallingford and New Haven markets, and their service-first approach aligns closely with our long-term strategy. This partnership strengthens our presence in Connecticut while enhancing our ability to deliver responsive, high-quality HVAC solutions to our customers,” said Vinny Savino, President of Action Air.
