CAREL joins as newest member of Eurovent Middle East

With CAREL Middle East, the region’s HVACR industry association has added yet another key player to its growing member base. As a leading manufacturer of control and humidification technology for air conditioning and refrigeration, CAREL places IoT integration and data driven services at the forefront to ensure energy efficiency in HVACR applications. The membership with Eurovent Middle East enables the company to join forces with its peers and clients to increase the use of enhanced technological solutions in the region.

Spanning the globe with 22 subsidiaries, 7 factories and more than 1.300 employees, CAREL has served clients in more than 75 countries across all continents. In addition to energy efficiency, the company advocates for the improvement of food safety through voluntary certification programs, exceeding regulatory requirements.

Matteo Zanesco, Managing Director of CAREL Middle East, stated: “We have joined Eurovent Middle East to underline our leading role in the development and promotion of technical and production standards of the highest quality. We have followed the activities of Eurovent Middle East in the past and see it as the ideal platform to coordinate initiatives of the industry within the region, be it on the regulatory side or simply creating awareness in the market for latest technologies. As an industry, we can achieve significantly more when we work together for the benefit of each country and its people.

Markus Lattner, Managing Director of Eurovent Middle East, added: “We are very happy to see CAREL joining our growing family. It is an endorsement of our work in the past and a promise towards our activities in the future. As we are preparing for our refrigeration working group, which will see cooperation with various municipalities in the UAE, we are pleased to strengthen our expertise in this field through this new member.
