Carrier China Wins 14th Consecutive Jinyin Award for Customer Service

For the 14th year, Carrier China was honored with the Jinyin award at the 2021 International Big Data and Customer Contact Center Summit and China Best Customer Contact Center Awards Ceremony. The Carrier China HVAC Customer Care Center received the Jinyin award for its outstanding performance in customer relationship management. The Jinyin award is sponsored by 51Callcenter and co-sponsored by the Zhangjiagang Government to recognize leaders in customer care and contact centers.

The Carrier China HVAC Customer Care Center is committed to offering customers a prompt, professional, personalized experience with a hotline. The 4009-000-888 hotline receives up to 500 inbound calls on a peak day. The Customer Care Center provides expert level services for all types of HVAC customers 24/7 year-round.

"We are deeply honored to win the Jinyin Award for the 14th year," said James Zhu, General Manager of Service and Aftermarket, Carrier North Asia. "We continue to transform our service models with the success of the BluEdge service platform. The Customer Care Center, the hotline and BluEdge allow us to focus on enhancing the user experience and provide custom solutions for each unique customer segment.”

In 2020, Carrier launched the tiered BluEdge service platform, offering customers service throughout the lifecycle of their HVAC equipment. BluEdge includes technical training, installation, warranty services, machine and system maintenance, and Carrier SMART Service, an intelligent remote monitoring system. In the era of Internet of Things (IoT), Carrier has transformed traditional HVAC services. Customers receive real-time monitoring, diagnostic alerts and cloud data analysis to help minimize losses from downtime caused by unknown failures.
