Safe Monitoring Group acquires EIUK and CSE-TOOLS

Safe Monitoring Group AB, a leader in gas detection and safety monitoring, has announced the strategic acquisition of Eurotron Instruments UK Ltd. and CSE-TOOLS GmbH. This development strengthens their capabilities as the industry moves towards renewable energy solutions.

Eurotron Instruments UK has been a trusted provider of Emissions Analyzers and calibrators since 2005, known for precision and reliability. CSE-TOOLS, founded in 2011, offers expertise in gas sensors and detection, providing planning, training, and leasing services across Germany.

These acquisitions enhance Safe Monitoring Group’s operations, integrating Sales, Marketing, and Service across its companies. Customers will benefit from a wider range of products and services to address diverse needs.

CEO Alexander Larsson stated, “This acquisition is a key step in our growth journey. EIUK and CSE-TOOLS bring exceptional customer focus and service, and we're excited to expand our business with their teams."

The acquisition deals were finalized on October 31 and November 13, 2024. Former owners have become shareholders in Safe Monitoring Group, ensuring continuity and expertise remain within the organization.

The Group now includes SAMON AB, Bieler+Lang GmbH, International Gas Detectors Ltd., MEMS AG, and InduPro AB. United by the mantra 'Safer Together,' these companies continue to advance the Group’s mission to create a safer world through reliable gas detection innovations.
