Secop has celebrated the 15th anniversary of its brand identity and the production of one million BD Nano compressors at its manufacturing site in Tianjin, China. The event marked the fourth stop in the company's "15 Years of Brand Identity World Tour", following previous celebrations in Germany, Slovakia, and the Americas.
The Tianjin facility is one of Secop’s two main production sites worldwide. It manufactures S-Series and all DC compressor families, including BD-P, BD Micro, and BD Nano models. In addition to production, the site includes R&D, engineering, sales, and customer service functions.
The BD Nano compressor, launched into serial production less than three years ago, has now surpassed one million units produced. According to the company, the compressor combines high efficiency and cooling capacity with compact design, and is used in a range of applications including electric and light commercial vehicles, trucks, RVs, marine systems, and medical refrigeration.
The milestone event in China highlights Secop’s global presence and its continued focus on sustainable, energy-efficient cooling solutions.
